| The folks at B&W always make you feel like you are important to them and that they are looking out for you. If you are a regular client, they know who you are when you come in. They will recommend alternatives to pricier fixes, and will look for ways to help you save while not compromising the service to your vehicle. |

| once again the team came through for me. My car is getting older and things are starting to just happen...engine lights, flat tires, funny sounds....give them a call and they are there. Only thing better would be if they picked up and dropped off my car. But I suspect that if I really needed that they would do it. |
